WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF YOGA YOU TEACH?

On Mondays and Saturdays Amy teaches a Vinyasa Flow, sometimes fused with Mandala Vinyasa. Vinyasa links postures to breath, with the Mandala element adding a 360 movement around the mat. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Amy teaches a slower, gentler style of yoga, akin to a Hatha-Vinyasa fusion, with more floor based postures.

Amy also teaches Pregnancy Yoga for mums-to-be in their second trimester up until birth, and Mum and Baby Yoga, suitable for new mums who are six-weeks post-partum.

Amy teaches Yin Yoga on a Tuesday night once every other month, which will be added to the calendar when available. Yin Yoga is a floor based style of yoga which targets the deep muscle tissue called fascia and includes references to Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Element Theory.

Amy is also available for children's yoga and chair yoga.
