ABOUT
Amy is a highly experienced and qualified yoga teacher and has been teaching classes, workshops and events across Lancashire for more than five years.​
With over decade of personal practice under her belt, Amy brings a fun, dynamic, energetic and creative approach to her regular yoga classes, while still managing to incorporate the gentler side of the practice in her offerings.
She elegantly weaves in nuggets of yogic philosophy during her sessions and will often offer inversions, arm balances and plenty of opportunity for progression.
Equally, Amy's Yin, Pregnancy and Chair Yoga classes offer a space to slow down and enjoy the more relaxing elements of yoga, focusing on pranayama (breathwork) and meditation.

Amy says: "It may sound cliched but I found my love of yoga while travelling back in 2014/15. And since then I've embarked on a lengthy love affair with the practice.
"I'm keen to keep enhancing my knowledge so I can provide the best experience for each and every yoga student who steps onto their mat to practice with me, so my intention is to never stop learning - I'm essentially a forever student!
"Yoga has transformed my life over the years, pulling me out of some dark places and saving me on more than one occasion and I continue to use it as a tool for not only my physical health but my mental health.
"My personal passion ultimately lies with dynamic yoga, and I have practiced hot yoga for years, which is essentially where my heart lies. I love a strong, fiery class which builds up a sweat as the catharsis I feel as I sink into savasana at the end is unrivalled.
"You can expect to flow through creative sequences in my classes as I like to provide my students with new and exciting options - sometimes strong and fast, sometimes slow and soothing, but rest assured, my classes are accessible for all, as yoga is for everyone, and I will welcome anyone who wants to give yoga a try, with open arms.
