MUM & BABY YOGA 
IN PRESTON

Mum and Baby Yoga starts on Wednesday October 1st at Fulwood Lawn Tennis Club, from 10am until 11am.

Classes are in six-week blocks and are available to book now via the 'Book Online' page or by clicking the button below.

Suitable for mums who are six weeks postpartum, and babies up until confidently crawling.

Please inform Amy if you have had a c-section/emergency c-section or any other issues or complications during birth, including an episiotomy and diastasis-recti (split abs) before booking onto this course. We can then discuss options for attending at 10 weeks or 12 weeks postpartum as opposed to six weeks. 

You should also be signed off as ok/safe to participate in gentle movement-based activity from your GP/Midwife before attending this course. 

 

Mats, blankets, yoga blocks and yoga straps will be provided but please feel free to bring your own if you would prefer.

If your baby has a favourite toy or teddy please do bring this along.

Feel free to bring baby food, nappies, dummies, etc, breast feeding is also encouraged if baby needs to feed - your baby comes first :)

Please bring some water and wear comfortable clothes.

No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
